高质量发展，中国（浙江）自由贸易试验区“京”彩绽放 Zhejiang FTZ Seeks High-quality FDI
8月23日，中国（浙江）自由贸易试验区高质量发展推介会在北京举办，来自美国、俄罗斯、英国、法国、德国、日韩等10余个国家和地区的近百位境外客商代表，包括壳牌、BP、埃克森美孚、伊藤忠、SK、博世、IBM、俄罗斯石油、英特尔等世界500强企业，以及中石油、中石化、中海油、中国华能、中粮集团、中储粮集团、物产中大、浙江国贸、浙江海港集团、浙石油、浙江海港国际能源公司等中方企业代表共100多名企业高管参会，围绕“浙江自贸试验区高质量发展”，共同打造这场精准对接、共享资源的招商推介会。浙江省自贸办主任、省商务厅厅长盛秋平主持推介会。
Investment Conference on China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone for High-quality FDI was held in Beijing on 23rd August. Nearly 100 foreign representatives from Fortune Global 500 Companies and above 100 executive heads from Chinese sides were in attendance. Sheng Qiuping, Director-General of Zhejiang Department of Commerce, presided over the conference.
本次推介会由浙江省人民政府指导，浙江省自贸办、浙江自贸试验区管委会共同主办，省政府驻京办参与协办，活动旨在宣传推介浙江自贸试验区的建设发展情况、体制机制优势和产业发展方向，进一步加强浙江自贸区与中外相关行业知名企业的合作交流，借助自贸区开放平台，共襄油气发展盛举，推动浙江自贸试验区高质量发展。
With the present situation, institutional mechanism strengths and industrial development direction being introduced, the event aims to further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between Zhejiang FTZ and its counterparts from home and abroad for win-win outcomes.

浙江省人民政府副省长朱从玖出席并致辞。他表示，浙江是改革开放先行地。浙江自贸试验区作为新时代改革开放新高地，是浙江新一轮全面开放的排头兵、先行者。他介绍，浙江自贸区的最大特色是聚焦油气全产业链，实现了“不产一滴油，却打造了三个全国第一”的建设成绩。他希望参会双方通过此次推介会，在油气全产业链领域开展精准合作，建立广泛深入联系，并向到会的中外嘉宾发出诚挚邀请，欢迎和期待他们来参加10月份在浙江舟山举办的第三届世界油商大会。

会议还举行了浙江自贸区的项目路演，浙江自贸区管委会副主任、舟山市副市长韩峻分别介绍了石油加工产业、油品储运产业、国际海事服务产业、油品贸易交易产业、LNG 产业、临港装备制造产业、航空制造产业、农产品加工贸易产业、其他特色产业等九大类共19项浙江自贸试验区重点项目情况。这些路演项目的招商单位与众多油气巨头、金融机构等在现场进行了面对面洽谈对接，现场气氛热烈、交流氛围浓厚，取得了良好效果。
During the event, there were road shows of projects in petroleum processing, oil storage and transportation, international maritime service, oil trade, LNG, and aeronautical manufacturing. Business discussions were in full swing.
成绩单
浙江自贸试验区于2017年4月1日挂牌，以推进以油气全产业链为核心的大宗商品投资便利和贸易自由为核心任务。挂牌两年来，浙江自贸区着力打造“一中心三基地一示范区”，油气全产业链建设不断取得新成效。

There were 4,279 oil and gas enterprises, making the zone the country’s most dense region of oil enterprises.
Supplying over 30% of the country's bonded fuel oil, the Zone becomes the first refueling port in China and among the top ten refueling ports in the world.
The first integrated petrochemical private enterprise established in the zone, phase I of 20 million ton is ready for production.
此外，围绕打造油气国际化合作平台，连续2年举办世界油商大会，吸引了世界知名油气企业、世界前十大石油公司、世界十大石化企业、全球五大油气贸易商等国内外重量级油气全产业链企业派出高管参会，累计签约重大项目45个，协议金额2230亿元。第三届世界油商大会将于10月18日在浙江舟山隆重举行。
